Where do I start? I'm French, so English is not my first language (yeah, logical me). I can basically read English very well and chat with people easily, but when it comes to writing... You guessed it, I suck.
And yet on the other hand, here I am, with great ideas (modesty? what's that?) for fanfiction and no talent to write. So what do I do? What any sensible person would do. I read more and more fanfiction and take in the written language more and more. And finally, after months of reading with the sole objective of bettering my English level (hey you actually thought I liked that stuff?) I finally took a big step and started writing down some of my ideas. I don't know if it will take me anywhere, but at least I'm better at English now ;)
