  Cerasi has been writing since she was old enough to securely grasp a pen. She wrote on anything that wasn’t nailed down, including her shoes and blue jeans. She started writing legibly around age 12; her first story was based on the Young Jedi Knights series and is still to this day untitled. Cerasi first stumbled across fan fiction in her desperate quest to find a publisher who would proclaim her then in progress YJK-story-where-Jaina-and-Zekk-get-together-and-everyone-is-happy a wild success, possible New York Times bestseller and Pulitzer prize winner. Her first untitled fan fiction garnered all of three reviews. Encouraged by the simple comments of “good”, “continue” and “spell check” she soon followed with her next Young Jedi Knights short, “Pokemón Wars!” which wasn’t as popular as her first vignette. Throughout the next two years, Cerasi posted five seemingly random and insane fictions online. During the summer of 2002, she discovered the rewarding field of X-Files fan fiction and produced over eight completed X-Files works. Driven by the amount of reviews that poured in and the growing number of people who added her to their favorites list, she bravely stepped into the field of The Mediator. Her pioneer one-shot “Questions Answered” seemed to be a success. With nearly 40 reviews and the story on the favorites list of over 25 readers, it seemed she had finally found her niché among fan fiction writers. Five more Mediator stories followed, which included two parodies, “Suze Smackdown” which were a weekly feature on a Mediator fan site. Enthused beyond belief, Cerasi ventured into her first Mediator series, “The Crystal of Life”. Reviews flooded her inbox and the series was dubbed “a smash hit” on several fan sites. There is sequel currently in progress for “The Crystal of Life” series. Cerasi is one of the few known Alaskan fan fiction writers on the network. She is in the process of trying to organize a support group for Alaskan fan fiction writers.
