- Bio:I never know how to begin these things. I'm Jesi, I'm 16 and live in Colorado Springs, which is a useless, empty, and conservative hellhole devoid a=of any semblance of culture. My favorite writers are Rimbaud, Hesse, Kerouac, Ginsberg, Camus, Rand, Celine, Huxley and Nietzsche, though lately I've discovered Bukowski, who I rather like so far. I like to spend time alone as it affords me an oppurtunity to think and write. I write mostly poetry, although I've written quite a bit of prose lately and have two screenplays currently in progress. Favorite musicians/bands are: The Beatles, the Doors (Jim Morrison was a phenomenal poet), Pearl Jam, REM, Nirvana, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Janis Joplin, The Cure, Nine Inch Nails, Alice Cooper, Green Day, A Perfect Circle, and the Smashing Pumpkins. Good mix, na? I plan on going to the Art Institute in Chicago to study film and writing. As well as writing, I also enjoy acting, sketching, and singing. Now that that's out of the way I want to express that I think the basic facts of my existence are not going to express any sense of what I am like as a person. I originally joined because I had the idea for a large piece of fanfiction and figured, since its not a part of my general work, that it might be interesting to have people read it. Its a Weiss Kreuz piece, which is really the only series of anything I've ever been able to get into. It appeals nicely to my morbid side. My OTP is Aya/Yohji (especially the pieces written by nekojita) and lately I've really come to like Crawford/Schuldig, especially after reading Mami's arc "Alles Schwarz", which is very well done. At any rate, I'm rambling, something I tend to do. Reading my pieces or reviews as always are appreciated. And if I get a review I will do my best to return the favor. _jesi
