Michelle The website is updating very sluggishly. I know you've decided to have some stuff update only daily to spare the server and that's fine. But if I delete a story it's still showing both in the category and the profile listing and that's an absolute no-go. It's going to confuse and annoy people.

Same goes for profile updates. I've tried different browsers to make sure it's not my cookies, and then decided that changes to the profile update when they feel like it. Or some such.

There's only on little thing I'm woried about. Sometimes, actually, quite frequently, when I go to nlook at my reviews or favorites, it says that the page could not be found and it brings me the front page instead. Is it the system or the computer, because it's happend to me on more than one computer, though both computers I used have Vista on them, so...I guess it could be that, but I don't think that it is. Either way, I love the site. Thanx. ^.^

Bowflex Exercises Instructions
Hi people,
I am new to www.ficwad.com, and I am sorry for being a bit off-topic, but its kind of an emergency!
I have an weight problem, and a friend of mine told me about BowFlex Exercise and that it could help, but I am a bit confused by the requirements of the BowFlex machine.
