I just joined after following Thor Nairda over from ff.net. Looks like you have a really great site here. I'll probably try to post some new stuff I'm working on sometime this week. If you're interested, my account name on ff.net is also JoeFenton. I've never subscribed to using pen names. Don't ever expect me to post under something like God_of_the_Universe_99_Dont_you_wish_you_were_me_HaHaHa.

My main complaint about ff.net is it strips everything but basic ver 3 html. Given that everything in the last few years generates ver 4 html, I've had to use scripts to convert v4 to v3 before posting to ff.net. Hopefully things are better here. I saw that stories are supposed to be html or txt, but it didn't say what version of html.

My other complaint about ff.net was the high traffic. Yes, I'm complaining about it. Let me give you an example: the last time I posted to the Harry Potter section, by the time my update appeared in the category it was already bumped back to position 325. Given that the average ff.net reader only checks the first page of updates, it's rare that people will ever see your update unless they are specifically looking for it. As a result, you get far fewer reviews than you would expect for the amount of traffic.

Nightspore The high traffic is the same reason I despair of getting read at ff.net, also.
