I think this "chapter" was better than "Smiling Man", but still not as good as "Scream."

I am beginning to think this series, as dark as it is, really needs a "romance" tag instead of "action/adventure". So much of the story is driven by how Harry and Hermione support each other and how they are really a single insane unit.

I think you need to write a companion piece to this chapter, from Hermione's perspective.

I feel bad about Kingsley, and I'm glad that the professor survived the encounter. I think "survived" is an appropriate term here. I'm pretty sure the professor will be scarred herself.

Good luck and I hope to see more of this series later. Maybe you ought to just have one entry and each current story be a chapter. It'll be easier for your fans to keep tabs on this.
