Oh, my!! Now this is an AU! So Wormtail and Tom's shade took Harry Potter with them and raised him such that he grew to side with Tom? That's really going to put a kink in a lot of folks plans. I presume there'll be a disguise prepared for Hogwarts, along with an assumed name to hid him for now, likely with the assistance of the 2nd generation Deeters in the school. It will be interesting to see if the goblins tell Dumbles that Harry's vault has been accessed.
All in all, though, I suspect Albus is going to be quite surprised and disheartened to find that Tom's staged a pre-emptive strike that's removed a weapon he was counting on. 'Twill be interesting to watch his response.
