I don't know how I'd follow it up--wrote it years ago as the closest thing to a drabble I can manage, but I'll think about it.

I suppose the way I see it is that, in the world of this fic, Dark doesn't necessarily mean Evil. Tom Riddle is a Dark Lord gone bad, but Dumbledore is a Light Lord on the edge, quite possibly, of going bad. Ginny and Hermione would act as Harry's anchors.

Glad to see more of "Midnight Sun," BTW. Sorry I've not had the chance to review yet.
