Excellent chapter, and in no way was it (or earlier ones) too long. The only problem with longer chapters is the greater length of time between updates.
Like the 'outcasts' and Hermione's prior relationship with the twins. If anyone else has ever merged Volde with Fleur, I haven't seen it -- brilliant idea!
