Heh, very unique and so very, very wrong. If by "Boca" you mean Boca Raton, FL, that town's been involved in so many real estate scams that you have to wonder if what James is selling is legal property (would you buy property in a town whose name translates to "Mouth of the Rat"? Now, I could see Pettigrew doing that with no problem).

I had no idea there are real estate issues there. I just thought it'd be hilarious if James was doing something totally normal in another part of the world when Harry's spent so much time being angsty about his parents' deaths.
