Damn, that was a good one. Ron made some major mistakes (then again, when you're involved in major events, even your mistakes become major) but he has matured and he's obviously smart enough, now, to go out on a high note. I did rather like his approach to resolving Padma's problem, don't go to "just" a cursebreaker, go to someone with the clout, power, and skill to really get it done.
I know those who despise Ron (and there are many) won't like it, but you've presented him as a man, warts and all, and shown his mature true nature, even if maturing it took rather longer than for most.
