anywayy, i loved this chapter! Ocean reminds me of a cartoon character, she is just lovely and awesome! wheee, and Frank is one of an optimist (:
please, never stop writing! i can't honestly see why you're insecure about your writing skills, they're awesome. seriously, your style is one of my favourites ever, and i've read J.K. Rowling and Tove Jansson (: hehe. thanks for this chapter and please update more when you're able to!
