If you'd like to and no problem. Also it's not that it's bad it's just hard for your mind to process so you're just like sitting there reading it and all of a sudden you're like 'What? What!? WHAT!?!?!?!?' but it's mentally scarring. O.O I. Can. Never. Drink. Milk. Again...
