I TOTALLY CALLED IT!!!! DAMMIT, FRANK, YOU STUPID, INSANELY INNOCENT, IDIOTIC, DUMBASS!!! Fuck; I'm so pissed. Nothing to do but cuss out some unsuspecting pedestrian jay walking down mainstreet. Don't listen to me; I loved it anyway. GODDAMMIT FRANKIEEEE.... So peeved... Off. :o

Yep, Frank was being more than a little bit stupid/insane/idiotic/a dumbass in this chapter. But, as you also said, he was also kinda innocent in the respect that he never meant any harm.
