Oh my efffingggg goodness. This chapter had so much emotion. Bad me for reading this while listening to 'Everybody Hurts by Avril Lavigne'- it went together so freaking wonderfully for this chapter.

I don't find it unbelievable that she ran off. With that much emotion going on... People tend to run away, even if it's not the best thing.

I CAN NOT believe her parents (who I want to brutally murder in the world of make believe) told him that shit about her! AND AS IF THAT MAKES IT OKAY THAT THEY JUST LEFT HER! I was so angry. I had to stop reading right there because I was extremely, extremely angry... So great job with relaying the emotions in this chapter!
Her freaking brother, believing that shit. BAD CHRIS!
Oh and when she asks him how it feels to be loved... Ah, that line just summed up the entire chapter making the emotion drip out.

This chapter was perfection.

That's good. I had the idea, and I wrote, then I went back and looked at it and went, "Ehhhhh....". But that's good that it's believable. Even if only slightly. XD

Haha, yeah, her parents aren't the greatest. You'll be interested to read chapter 7B, then. That's Chris' meeting with them. Yay, more emotion-relaying win! XD I'm glad I'm getting that right.

Yeah, I was really aiming for that line to have a big effect. Like in ...Tacks for Snacks, with the last two lines. :)

Okay, seriously. You have NOOOOOOOOOOO idea how much reading that last line killed me. Seriously, you had me (me, who is a tomboy and hates anything girly and all the girling things like swooning)fucking SQUEALING over your review.
