Amy, I'm sorry you feel so bad.
If things are becoming to much for you, you need to tell people that.
I can't say I know exactly how you feel, but if I were you, I'd make MAKE myself stop for a second.
Tell those people it's too much for you to handle. You're not superman, you can't do everything at once. I hope this is what you're talking about. :/ People are just adding on stressful things onto an already long list?
