I'm kinda leery of MSTs or insertions, but this is actually rather good. I'm kind of amazed that Umbridge has stayed as quiet as she has, and I have a slight problem with how Black was introduced to Fudge. The Minister promised not to jump to conclusions until the book was read, yes, but he's convinced Dumbledore's conspiring against him, and Black showed up without warning. A few more lines would have been useful there, methinks.
