This is brilliant. I honestly think this has got to be the best Final Fantasy fanfiction on the net. Flawless writing, excellent characterizations, great descriptions of the settings, and the dialouge is spot-on. It manages to be sad and exciting, atmospheric and moving, and it definitely has me wanting more. Not to mention that your original character is _not_ a Mary Sue, but actually fits remarkably well into the canon universe. I await the next chapter!
