Review for Resurrection III: Stolen Fayth

Resurrection III: Stolen Fayth

(#) storyless 2006-05-29

Ah hah.

Do I sense a glimmer of Rikku/Wakka?

I like that Seymour's group offers to overlook the treason should Yuna return.

I like Yuna's hesitation --I actually find it more realistic than the game, even given Yuna's driven nature.

I am also hoping you show us a bit of Auron and Jecht's relationship, with that slip. You are very good at leaving us just the right rations of tantalizing tads of foreshadowing.

Looking forward to the next chapter, as always!

Author's response

Yep, tiny touches of Rikku/Wakka in this story, though I'm really trying very hard to keep it close enough to canon that it Might Have (tm) been what was going on while the main characters weren't paying attention.

Yes, the part in the game where Yuna is ready to fight the Ronso to the death is a bit alarming, if you ponder it too much.

And Auron meant about 3 different things by that statement. Some of them have to do with Jecht, others with how he feels about Lulu. I love double meanings. :D
