A really interesting and well written story, and depressing as well. You might want to think twice about some of your word choice, though. A lot of the words you used for speech were pretty inappropriate for your tone or just inaccurate generally, which is a shame because the writing is otherwise very good and your characterization of Mewtwo intriguing.
