um...
I'm not accepting this as the end. Loved this story, didn't like this chapter much.

More? puppy dog eyes I totally feel for you, and applaud you for sticking it out and not giving up on this story when so many other people would've.
But could you please possibly post like an outline, or something, that just discusses plot points?? maybe?...please? because then we'd know what the "present" is that Lincoln left (enzyme? Red Death?) and if Gee lives, and if Frank survives, and if Frank goes all "Bird" on their vampire asses and burns them all down, and if Ray turns, and if he harms Bob and Brian in the process, and if THEY survive, and what do they tell Alicia???!! And if Frank manages to cut down Lincoln, won't Gerard be saved?? WHOA. Brain is buzzing. Did I mention PLEASE yet? (please)

It's possible you don't have the answers to these questions even figured out yet...but I figure it's your story, and you'd know better than anyone...you know, just put it out there, for closure (my closure, specifically).

Okay, er, no pressure or anything like that. I hope this doesn't sound selfish...it's just i really loved this story. You are such an incredible writer! And this story in its entirety is so original, and well written, it just connected with me really well, i guess.

In short: good freaking job.
