I feel my eyes flutter open I look around. I am in the hospital. Damn I must be a cat with 9 life. I look around there is no one in the room with me. I hear the door open I look up to a man in a white coat. I assume is the doctor.
"Ms.Wentz I am Dr.Smith" He said
"Hi" I said
"Your brother and friend had an interview to go do they said they would be back soon" Dr.Smith said
"Is there anyway you could discharge me before they get back" I asked
"No we need to keep here for a couple of days to make sure everything is okay with you and the baby" Dr.Smith said
"The baby is okay" I said
"Its a fighter" Dr.Smith said
I put my hand on my stomach.
"I am sorry I didn't mean to take it that far" I said
There was a knock on the door.
"Come in" I said
Brendon came rushing in and to my side.
"Oh thank god" He said kissing my lips
"Bren get me out of here" I said
"I already tired they won't release you for a couple of days" Brendon said
"He signed the papers" I said
"I know" Brendon said
"Everyones treating me like I am a fuck up" I said
"Baby you are not a fuck up" Brendon said kissing me.
"Lacie, Brendon" Patrick said
Brendon pulled his lips off mine.
We both looked at him.
"Brendon what the hell are you doing here don't you have an album to be recording" Pete said
"I am leaving in a couple days with Lacie" Brendon said
"No Lacie is staying here" Pete said
"No I am going with Brendon" I said
"No" Pete said
"Why everyone here treats me like I am a complete screw up You both hate me" I said
"Lace chill out its not good for the baby" Patrick said
"Who cares" I said
"Pete should we tell them" Patrick said
"They where able to take DNA from the baby so I will take Brendon down to get it his mouth swabbed and we will find out whos baby this is" Pete said
"I'll be back cross your fingers" Brendon said kissing me.
I watched Pete and brendon walk out of the room and them rolled on myside to avoid Patrick.
"Lacie" Patrick said
"Go away" I said
"Hear me out" Patrick said
"Fine" I said
"I didn't mean to push you over the edge Lace" Patrick said
"Oh don't balme yourself" I said
"You didnt mean to do that bad did you" Patrick said
"No" I said
"Lace you know if it is mine I am not going to take it away from you I am so hurt." Patrick said
"I am sorry" I said
"I know Lace, I was thinking maybe we rushed this whole marriage thing" Patrick said
"No we didn't the fighting all time pushing me away" I said
"Lace do you think if the baby is mine we can give us another shot" Patrick said
"Not sure" I said
"I understand" Patrick said looking disappointed
Brendon and Pete came back in.
"Lace they will have the results in a hour" Brendon said
"Then Brendon is getting on a plane and going back to finish the album" Pete said
"But Lacie as soon as we finish Pete promised you and I can be together" Brendon said taking my hand
That hour was longest hour of my life.
"Mrs.Stump" A lady said
"Yes and its Wentz" I said
"We have the results" She said
Brendons had got tighter on mine.
"Lace I love you no matter what" Brendon said kissing me.
"The father is Patrick Stump" she said
I looked at Brendon, he looked disappointed and releaved.
"Go I'll be fine" I whispered into Brendon ears.
"I know" He said getting up and leaving.
As I watched him leave I knew it was over, tears started pouring out.
"Lacie its for the better" Pete said
"Just leave" I said
"Can we talk" Patrick said
"Not right now" I said
"Then listen I am not going to the baby from you but I do think we need to stay married and try to make this work Lace." Patrick said
"He right" Pete said
"I need some time to think plus I am really tired" I said
"Will be back later" Patrick said
"Okay" I said
