  Man, I really liked it! You captured Gerard really well, without making it, "Hmm... I'm gonna stop drinking now." Really well written. It was realistic and that got me the most.

  I love this story. Having lived with someone, whom I love very much, who is a recovering alcoholic, I found it quite touching.

  This was really good. I like how you took the idea of Brian talking Gerard down, like it really happened, and kinda, like, let us see the conversation and how it made Gerard see that he needed to change.
  
  Did that make much sense? 'Cause it didn't really to me. : P
