Today Too

Today I watched the sky go black, as the sun went out, and the moon grew dim
Today I saw the stars turn off, while Planets collided, and my universe disappear.
Today I saw his mom killed and their dad lose his life.
Today I saw my sister die, your brother shot, her grandma cry.
Today the world turned upside down and inside out and all around.
Today my world ended on me, and here I thought it would stay, forever, until I was ready to leave.
