  I loved those letters written by gerard in this one and I know even though they were written by you the author, i totally agree from where he is coming from in both those letters. I enjoyed reading this one and you have a good style of writing.
  This deserves a rate.

  And they seem so much more effective cause they were inspired by things that actually did happen.
  
  I agree with the first letter, it's totally wrong to do that to ANYBODY, it must make them feel so awful. And the second one is the same.
