Angels That Fight
1 ReviewsI kind of just wrote this in like, a minute. Not even that long. idk it just kind of came out..hahaha.
Kind of just....read i out loud, fluently. Almost like you're reading a Dr. Seuss poem. Almost. x3
Fly me away
Through the streets painted shame-colored
Shell of a man
Is what you leave behind
You can’t tell me where we’re heading to
Lost in the vision
Of ten thousand horses
Just pulling along
All lost and forgotten
Our happy hearts sing
Through the lies of the darkness
And monstrosity
Of whoever there is
That is holding us down
And who’s trying to
Steal us away from our crown
That we know we deserve
So let’s fight with our life
And we’ll give all we’ve got
To hand over tonight
So I’ll say this once and for all
So we’re clear
That whatever may happen while we’re fighting here
Is no longer an obstacle course we must beat
It is merrily something that we have defeated and
When we shall look back on all we have done
We will know we survived
‘Cuz we acted as one.
