Broken Toy
I saw a dirty Barbie,
on the ground.
It's broken you see.
If it would be able to come alive,
it would say "Help me,
Save me from this fate."
I see it in her eyes,
calling my name to help.
I should have picked it up and be
able to save it.
But I didn't,
I turn away,
went in the trains and rose away.
went looking back to see the doll,
but all I found was myself
reflecting on the window,
almost looking like a broken toy.
