Oh my God this is driving me crazy! but, y'know...in a good way. I love this not-completely-off-the-deep-end Gerard that's the opposite of the mask he puts on in some of your other works. He's more like how I imagine the real-life Gerard to be, if that makes any sense, I guess.
Are those kids actually sick or are they just being messed with? If Frankie's terminal then why has he lasted for so long? And what exactly is Bob and Carrie's whole deal? I'm so confused-but I can't wait for the next chapter!Author's response
I like this Gerard as well. He's not perfect. No one is. But he's a good guy and sometimes that's just as rare to find. haha I will say this much: The kids are DEFINITELY victims of a disease. That's all I can say for now without giving anything away. Frank, like all of them, has battled it his whole life. A lot of diseases don't have a time limit on them when they are undiagnosed. It's mainly left up to the body's reaction to its symptoms. They're all fighters and have outlived the timeline most doctors have given them. That's just one of the funny things about Science. It's come so far but it still has so far to go. Predicting exactly how much time someone has left is more of a guessing game than Science. It depends on too many outside factors including emotional state, surroundings and exposure. But don't worry. It will all be explained later. great update, i'm very intrigued!
the Doctor, although doing it in the name of science, is a bit of a shit!
Ray, thank God, has a conscience, and maybe he will be there to help the patients out. he is already feeling uncomfortable about controlling their blodies, and it's really early days. also from what the Dr said to Ray, are their diseases really terminal? how long do they have?
Bob and Carrie clearly aren't brother and sister. atleast i hope not now!
all very strange and i can't wait to find out more!

A total shit! I agree wholeheartedly. For a man that smart, he lacks compassion and confuses humanity with simply walking upright as a human. Ray is our dark horse in the running because even though he is involved, we've seen his doubt. Keep rooting for him though! They are all victims of the same disease but everyone is different and how long they each have is unpredictable. They've sort of been given up to a year's time frame all around but it's a hard thing to predict. Bob and Carrie are not brother and sister but why would they lie? How many people are they lying to about it? And what are they up to? More questions but answers will come soon. You rock! Thank you!! xoxo Harley -

And THAT FUCKING DOCTOR! I suppose that there kind of had to be a bad guy...but still :( Messing with those beautiful people who were already tortured enough as it is. Unless he's working his way towards a cure. Then I forgive him. If not...I hope Gerard kills him. ^_^

I had to skip over the kiss between the boys, but I already know it was amazing :) Just cos you write the best scenes haha.
Stephen King is the shiznit! Every time I read him, I fall asleep and have a wonderful nightmare. I know that sounds weird, but like.. I LOVE being scared. And I don't get scared enough. I should join a movie thingy-whatever LoL
Anyway..
It seems to me that the way Bob emphazised "Sis" might mean that they aren't really related. They could just be playing the part, just like the doctor and Ray. Hm.. I'm sure I'll know in time? xD
Callie and Gerard are cute. And I'm glad she reached out to him, I really am. Man.. it looks like just about everyone fell asleep with someone else. Oh dear God.. please tell me Ray won't fall asleep with the doctor! That would give me NIGHTMARES! The kind that I most certainly do NOT want :)
But.. I wouldn't mind falling asleep with Ray.. Meh.. It rained today, and I was depressed like there would be no tomorrow. Have you ever felt that way? And it didn't exactly help that it was raining, either.. -

well bishop preformed psychological experiments on kids (mainly with drugs) and hes kinda very out there. the character reminded me a lot like him and its kinda crazy that uve never seen the show before xD i finished this story and im now in the middle of Murder, Inc. i have to say, im now most deff. one of ur fans xD
