“I actually have something good this time,” Sasuke answered. “I was just thinking about last night and how only I got to…”
“Shhh!!!” Naruto quickly covered Sasuke’s mouth, before he could continued his sentence. “You can’t talk about that here. No!”
Sasuke laughed. “I know that,” he said. “I was saying that last night I only got to do it so next time it’s your turn.”
His cheeks turned bright red as his continued working on his notebook. Why did Sasuke always have to tease him? Naruto liked it, deep, deep down but it still made him uncomfortable because he knew he could never cause the same effect on Sasuke.
Today had been a very odd day for the boys. They had both woken up with an extreme good humor due to obvious reasons and everyone had noticed it. It was Monday morning, and Naruto still couldn’t concentrate on his essay because his damn boyfriend kept staring at him. Boyfriend? Had he just thought about that word?
Now that he thought about it, was he considered Sasuke’s boyfriend and was Sasuke his? “Hey Sasuke,” he called. Sasuke was surprisingly trying to work on his essay and as soon as he heard Naruto’s voice, he abandoned his work and quickly moved to Naruto’s side. “Don’t look at me like that!” Naruto complained, noticing how Sasuke’s onyx eyes were scrutinizing him.
“Your voice said you were worried about something,” Sasuke said, getting even closer to Naruto. “So, what is it?”
“Are you my boyfriend?” Naruto simply asked. He closed his eyes, not sure of what to expect. After all, Sasuke could still say this was just a fling. He opened his blue eyes again when he felt Sasuke’s hand holding his tight. His Uchiha had a sweet smile on his face, a smile Naruto had never seen before.
“Don’t ask such silly questions,” he said, tighten his grip. “You know what we are.”
Naruto’s cheek reddened. “I’m really glad we met.”
“Its time for you to bring him here,” a voice said from the darkness.
His onyx eyes shone as he nodded softly. “Yes, leader-sama.”
“Hey Sasuke, I really think we should as her,” Naruto whispered on his ear. “This was our band is almost complete.”
Sasuke rolled his eyes. “Okay, so we ask her to sing. That’s fine, she has an amazing voice. But what about the guitars, I think we should get two and we have nobody on list,” Sasuke spoke. “Or do we?”
“Yes, actually. I think I can get a guitar player! One for now is alright, right?” Naruto questioned.
“I guess you’re right,” Sasuke answered. “So, are you going to ask Sakura?”
“Umm…” Naruto flushed. “Why don’t you do it?”
“Still crushing over her,” Sasuke said in a dull tone. “Lets go together.” He grabbed Naruto’s hand and they both walked towards Sakura, who was sitting with Ino, Hinata and other girls. “Hey Sakura,” he greeted.
Sakura smiled as soon as she saw them both. “Naruto, Sasuke! Hi!” she greeted.
“Oh well, isn’t it the new found couple?” Ino said. “Even holding hands.”
Naruto threw a dirty look at Ino. “Anyways, Sakura-chan, we were wondering if umm… Well, you have a really great voice and umm...” He looked at Sasuke, seeking for help.
“What Naruto is trying to say is that, since graduation is just around the corner we’re starting a band and we want you to be the lead singer,” Sasuke informed her. “Of course, if that’s what you want.”
Her smile instantly showed accompanied by faint blush. “Wow, absolutely! I would love to!” Sakura answered. She stood up, to face both boys properly. “So it’s us three and…”
“I’m thinking about asking Gaara,” Naruto said. “He once told me he would like to be in a band.”
Sasuke narrowed his eyes. “Gaara? Doesn’t he live on Sunagakure? That pretty far away from here, don’t you think?”
“Yes, but he has also said he would like to live in Konoha for some time, but he hasn’t gotten a chance. So I was thinking, what better excuse to come that for joining a band.”
