I like it :)
It makes sense, really. There are a few lines in there that I like, love. The line where it says that they're happy, but it's not real happiness? xD

And even if it really isn't "MCR" I think it fits perfectly. They wrote the song Cancer, and this can be percieved as something for a loved one in the band :)
