  You forgot http://www.hpfanficarchive.com which is a Harry potter fanfic site, properly a good one to mention, imo.

  I don't agree with the hpfanficarchive.com, because Chad, the owner is having submission guidelines and might not accept your story.
  
  http://ficdom.net is better, nobody checks and it accepts all the fics from Ficwad.

  hpfanficarchive.com might have some limitations but it isn't that much from what I've seen, mostly he removes storys with slash (not including fem-slash) or with description of rape involving minors (which I don't like reading anyway), and even then it seems to have to be quite exstreme.
  
  Since I'm a reader and not a writer my focus is more on whether the site is easy to overview and if the stories they allow are worth anything, both of these requirements are meet with that sitem therefore I think it should be mentioned.
  
  the site you mentione seems slow, at least to me, and a bit harder to overview then hpfanficarchive.com, especielly when only looking for hp fanfics,imo.

  That slow is honestly new. I made a backup of Ficwad and added the backup in the Gallery of the Writing Center.
  
  It is possible to download all the files in one go and that is functionality of the gallery software, which dynamically generates the zip file. But I did not realize that there are more then 200 people trying to do the same and that makes the server indeed slower.
  
  Now it is one zip file for download and the speed problem is gone.
  
  About both sites (hpfanficarchive.com and ficdom.net). They are excellent sites for the readers of fan fiction. And that is exactly that. Both of them add to the reading pleasure and I advice you to use both.
  Ficdom is growing dramatically and continues growing, more fics, freedom of writing and reading, no interference of anyone.
  
  Both sites are made by me, so you can wonder ...
