Wow. This story actually reminds me a little bit about me and how I get too attached to people. It really hits an emotional string with me, I guess. I didn't cry or anything, but I feel Axel's pain.
You did a really good job with the religious references. No, I take that back...you did a damn great job with them.
Keep up the good work.
You're now one of my favorite authors. ^^;;;
