In Tarot cards, Death means change
How appropriate it seems to me now
Because how can you change
If you do not first end
I do not mean to die
I just mean, to end who you used to be
You cant be both
Can you
So, for me, I have died a little today
Don't worry, I'll be fine
I am only a different version
Of my yesterday
In life, death means to leave forever
But maybe Tarot cards have more to them
Maybe you don't leave
You just change dramatically
Who you used to be
You start all over
Or you go someplace great
Either way, you've changed
I believe life is all about change
The goal being being better
You strive and work
So that after each small change
You are eventually a better, happier person
So if I died a little today
Then it must be for the better
Otherwise
What is the point
In living at all
