Eyia sat on the floor, pressing a towel to the knife wound as she looked
at the two people that she held captive. A smile came across her face at how well things were
working out. Frank showing up here gave her the perfect escape.
As long as no one else came into the picture, this would work out nicely. Frank would be the only
one here with Skylar's dead body by the time anyone found this place. She and the baby would be
miles away. No one would ever think that she was behind this. Well, except for Frank, whom they
would probably say was crazy.
Eyia got up and walked over to Frank. She placed a kiss on his cheek; waking him up from his forced
sleep.
"Thank you so much for everything." Eyia said as she continued over to the bed where Skylar lay
asleep. She wanted him to see her do this in the half out of it state of mind. Knowing that when he
was questioned later by the police, he would think that he had been the one to do this.
Eyia took out a needle and a bottle of some type of medicine she had taken from the hospital. She
hoped that it did what she that it was suppose to do. If not, oh well, she always wanted to cut
someone open.
A smile came across her face as she watched the fluid go straight into Skylar's bloodstream. She saw
the shrudder that went throughout the teen's body after the med had been fully given.
"What...did...you..." Frank struggled to find the words.
"Shush, all will soon be figured out, murderer." Eyia said as she made herself comfortable in a
nearby chair...

"What the hell do you want us to do? We're stuck in here." Gerard said as the woman looked at them
with pleading eyes.
"They're going to let you out for a walk in an hour, when they do this make a run for it." the woman
said.
"You're kidding. Then they'll really be thinking that we did this. Especially if they catch us
before we can find her." Gerard said.
Bob lay on the bunk as the two spoke he didn't know what to do. If she died, Mikey would never
forgive them. The bassist would hate him most of all for keeping this a secert. If there was any
hope in even trying to find her before it was too late they would have to make an escape. By the way
this woman talked this would be the only chance they got a breaking free.

Plain logic stated that there would only be two officers with them. No one would think that the two
could get away or would even try.
"We'll do it. Where are they going to be taking us?" Bob said as he sat up and became involved with
the conversation.
"Wherever they take you there won't be media. They don't want the news to know that two members of
one of the biggest bands in the world are being kept in jail. Too many rumors and too many people
asking them questions." the woman said. "The only thing is that you'll probably be handcuffed.
Protocal around here."
"That's understood. Any chance of getting ahold of Mikey, Ray, and Frank for us?" Bob said.
The woman dropped her head and shook it. "The less that know..."
"The better." Gerard finished the sentence. He reached his hand through the bars and placed it over
her hands. "We'll think of something. Go before they think that something's up."
The woman nodded and got up. She bid them farwell and good luck before turning and walking down the
hall. As she had said, moments later two cops down the hall to the cell. Opening it and taking the
two out in cuffs to walk...

Aura looked at Hawthorne with the same tears running down her face. She could tell that he was in
pain; even though the nurses had assured her that he couldn't feel anything. She gently brushed his
face with her fingertips, feeling the coldness of him not moving. Memories flooding her mind of how
many smiles that had played across the feature.
"Why did this have to happen to us? We didn't do anything wrong. I should be laying in this bed; not
you. I was the only one awake, I should've heard you and Sammy." she said breaking into sobs again.

The thought of just reaching up and pulling the plug crossed her mind for yet another time. It being
something that she had been thinking about a lot. Along with jumping out the window after doing it.
She couldn't stand the thought of living without her friends here. If they found Skylar dead and
Hawthorne still remaining like this she might as well be alone.
"What do you want me to do, Hawthorne? I'm not going to live without you guys here. I love you too
much to bare life without you..." Aura said as she crawled into the bed beside him. The feel of his
shredded body making it that much worse on her.
"I got to figure this out. Either way I look at it, in the end I'm going to die. If that fate will
be by my hand or someone else, I don't know yet..." she said, continueing on in this until she
finally feel asleep...

"Still no signal from Frank's phone..." Mikey said as he put his phone back in his pocket. The
street was too crowded for his little device to pick up Ray's let alone Frank's phone.
Mikey looked over when he didn't get a response to Ray buying a hot dog from one of the many vendors
that had set up here. He gave his bandmate a glaring look and shook his head.
"I'm hungery. I haven't had anything since breakfast." Ray said as he took a bite.
"I thought that you had learned from your lesson when you got that monkey finger in the last one you
bought from a vendor." Mikey said, Ray's face turning green at being reminded of that.
"What are we going to do? We've been looking for hours. Look, it's getting late, I think that we
should just head back to the hospital. I have a feeling that Aura's going to end up doing something
really stupid." Ray said as he threw the hot dog down on the ground. Maybe the rats would be able to
digest it better than he could.
Mikey stopped where he stood at hearing this. Aura's words echoeing through his head yet again. He
really didn't want to know if she would carry out that promise. Turning back to face Ray, he said,
"We can't give up on Frank. If he's missing and the cops find out..."
A cold chill ran down Mikey's spine when he thought of what he had almost said. The cops would think
that Frank had done this. Truth be known, he could've. He had been there that night when the murders
had happened. The only one to have survived had been Aura. Now, he was mysteriously gone without a
trace.
"What's wrong, dude?" Ray asked when he saw Mikey's facial expression change.
"We've been his cover up. All we've done is protected him. Don't you find it strange, Ray, at how he
was there and now we can't find him?" Mikey said getting the gears to work in Ray's head.
"Son of a...why didn't we see this? Everything seems to point to him, but Mike, he couldn't have
done it. It's not his nature...But, it's too clear...Hey! Where are you going?" Ray said when he
realized that Mikey was walking away.
"I'm going to find him." Mikey said, rage lacing through each word. Ray quickly caught up to him;
though every nerve in his body told him that he should run the other direction. He had to keep the
bassist from doing something stupid; maybe he could convince him to go back to the hospital...

"Sky!You're awake!" Frank yelled when he saw her panic filled eyes looking over at him. From the
expression she was giving him he knew something was wrong.
Frank gave one quick look around to make sure Eyia was nowhere to be found. Once sure, he started
pulling at the chains, he had to get her help. Or, atleast see what he could do. Gritting his teeth,
he threw his shoulder forward and popped it out of shocket; using that to help him out of the
binding.
Once free, Frank made his way over to Skylar as fast as he could. A chill ran through his body when
he saw what was going on. Blood and lots of it was pooling on the bed. He had to go get help, but
moving wasn't an option.
"Frank, my heart's giving out. I'm not going to make it. Please don't let it die." Skylar begged
with tears streaming out of her eyes.
"I'm going to go get help. Just hold on for me. Can you do that? Don't give up. Focus on trying to
lower your heart rate." Frank said as he got up. He was going to have to be fast. He knew that she
would probably be able to fight it for a few more hours.
Frank looked back one last time before he crawled out the main entrance of the mine. Seeing the
terrified look on her face took his mind off his own face. He was her only hope now...
