Gerard's P.O.V
Okay... so you remember how I said that that okay-ish looking house belonged to an old lady? Well, I wasn't prepared for what was right in front of me.
A 19 year old girl, with long black hair was pulled back into a messy plait and icy blue eyes, was standing in front of me. I couldn't make out what her hoodie said as she stood in the dark hallway, but I sure could see that black metal bat glinting as it rested on her shoulder. Both her hands were gripping the handle.
I took a step back, partially in shock, holding my hands up.
"Shit... I’m sorry if I scared you... to be honest I thought that from the looks of your garden, an old lady or something lived here. I can understand if you don't wanna help me. In fact, I’ll just go and ask your neighbour instead..."
Donna's P.O.V
OH GOD! Gerard Way was standing right in front of me!
okay, so at first I thought that he was just some other guy who was here to bug me, but once he started to talk, I instantly realised who he was.
"Shit," he started to say, backing away slowly. "I'm sorry if I scared you..." why the hell is he backing away? I’m not that scary am I? then I realised that I probably looked a little menacing with the black baseball bat. Not to mention the fact that I was taller too.
Gerard was now turning away, muttering something about go to talk to my neighbour. NO! I was screaming in my head. I FINALLY get to meet Gerard Way... and he's LEAVING!!!
I dropped my bat, which clattered on the porch loudly. That seems to get his attention. He frowned slightly, I guess it was a look of confusion, and I was getting more afraid that I was fucking up my chances of actually talking to him.
"Thank you." I said softly.
"Excuse me? What did you say?" Gerard asked. OMG... I’m talking to Gerard Way.
"Thank you. Thank you, Thank you, THANKYOU!" I said, my voice getting louder until I was shouting the word. I ran up and hugged him.
Gerard's P.O.V
"THANKYOU!" This girl was shouting at me after dropping her bat. Then she raced up and hugged me. I was a bit shocked coz at first I thought that this chick was going to eat me, but now it seems like she is a fan. I just stood there, trying to take this all in
"Thank you so much Gerard Way. I love your songs, I love your attitude to the arse holes of the world, and I love you. You have saved my life countless times. I..." the girl broke off, sorta sobbing into my jacket. I wrapped my arms around her and hugged her back.
After a minute of holding this random, I broke away. The black haired girl looked a little disappointed that I had ended the hug. I was a little disappointed too... she was a good hugger.
The girl wiped the tears from her eyes then said "umm... my name is Donna Gray. As you probably guessed... and heard a thousand times, I’m a fan of My Chemical Romance and I love you guys so much."
"Well... you obviously know who I am." I said, sort of cheekily. Donna giggled.
"Yes.. Ger-arrd" she said, using an American accent, which she pulled off quiet well considering she was Australian. "Would you like to come in?"
I flashed Donna a grin. "I'd love to."
Gerard's P.O.V
