Ginshiro’s Mind
Ginshiro POV
I walked into the dark room
“Why do you always have it dark in here? You're like an old hag… Boil Toil something, isn't it how that goes?”
A light but harsh voice came from the darkness
“Are you calling me a witch?”
“Yes”
Stupid hag thinks I'm scared of her. As if!
“Fool, I could kill you…”
I pulled out my most powerful sword, the Kiratora (Killer Tiger) and reached out into the darkness with my left hand. My hand found a head of hair which I curled into my fist. I pulled her to me and held Kiratora under her chin.
“Do you want to call me a fool again?”
The girl groaned and tried to grab my hand
“Let go of me!”
She struggled against my hold
“Resistance is futile”
I threw her down on the ground
“You are such a pest”
“Then why do you stay?”
I looked at the girl sitting on the floor
“Because my mother made me swear to protect you. I’m a man of my word. I would rather serve Lady Kurono, but no. I get stuck with the brat of the family”
“I am not a brat!”
I rolled my eyes
“Face it doll, the only reason you want to kill your sister is because she’s better than you in every possible way.”
The girl growled and charged for me. I side stepped and grabbed her hair again
“Don't get me cross wrench. I'm not in the mood”
I dropped her to the floor and sheaved my sword.
“I gave your message”
“What took you so long?”
“I went for a walk”
“Whatever, now we just wait.”
“Wait for what?”
“My sister to come after me, she's bound to be mad”
“She not like you, she's gone to clean out her soul”
Suki stood, eyes glaring
“WHAT?!”
“Don't yell at me like it's my fault”
“If you were watching you should have stopped her!”
“But you see I didn’t want to, now if you'll excuses me, I have a brother to check on”
I headed for the door
“And if you wanted someone to stop her why don't you get that cat of yours to do it? He had great fun ripping apart that high school boy for ya. Or maybe the shape shifters. Ugh they give me the willies”
“Get back here! I have a job for you”
“It can wait. And if you want it done now get your kitty to do it”
“No...”
“Just shut-up and boil your frogs”
I walked off into the darkness humming
Kurono better get ready, Suki’s planning something big…
