"We might as well come. Because your probably going to get yourself into trouble again." Gerard said as he followed me.
"I need some coffee." Mikey complained. I walked over to where an employee was letting people into the parking structure.
"I can't leave. And my car is gone. Would you mind telling me what's going on?" I asked politely as I batted my eyelashes. Ray rolled his eye and I gave him a look to keep him quite.
"Sorry ma'am. But there is nothing wrong. You can leave whenever you want." The employee said to me. I looked around to see chains over every exit.
"Why are chains on every exit if we can leave?" I knew my tone of voice had changed.
"You can't leave. Not yet. It's not here yet." The employee said to me and kept giving people their tickets to park.
"Wait what's not here yet?" I asked my eyes widening.
"I can't tell you ma'am. I have said to much already. I am going to be punished now all because of you." The employee said his eye looking pretty mad. He stepped closer to me and I backed up into a body. I thought it was another worker that was going to take care of me. If you know what I mean. I looked up to see Mikey standing behind me. Apparently they knew I was going to do something irrational.
"Tell me what is coming. I have the right to know, considering I'm stuck here until it gets here." I said putting my hands on my hips. Gerard placed his hand on my shoulder and shook his head no.
"I don't have to tell you anything." The worker said turning around and handing out more tickets. I was getting a little angry now. I pulled on his shoulder so he would look at me. He turned around and looked pretty pissed off.
"Tell what isn't here yet and why it's coming." I said in a demanding tone of voice.
"Leave or I'm calling security." The man said with a crooked smile. I started to come at him but was stopped by Ray who had both of my arms and was holding me back. I was squirming but it was no use because he was obviously stronger then me.
"Can you just tell her the information she asks for. She really is pissed off now and if he weren't holding her back she would have tackled you by now." Frank said as he stepped in front of me. He pointed back at Ray and how I was squirming quite a bit.
"Okay. I'm telling her nothing. And you don't scare my shorty." The man said turing around getting back to his work. Frank balled his fists and growled a little. He grabbed the man's shoulder and turned him around. Frank threw his fist straight at the guys face and knocked him to the floor.
"I'm not that short." Frank said shaking his hand. Mikey fell to the floor laughing and Gerard gave Frank a high five. Frank looked at the floor and mumbled something to himself.
"So apparently the workers are no help." I said looking at the man on the floor. He was bleeding from his mouth.
"Nice punch." I said and looked at Frank who still looked pretty angry.
"Thanks." He said with a smile. Ray let go of my arms and I fell forward a little bit. I caught myself and looked backwards.
"Why did you do that? I didn't need any help." I said. I knew I was wrong, I needed help. I just didn't want to admit it.
"Right." Ray said crossing his arms over his chest.
"I don't believe we know you name yet. I'm sure you know ours." Mikey said with a smile.
"Marissa Ann Sorrentino." I said with a smile flashing my colorful braces. They laughed at me.
"Your 21 and you still have braces? Why?" Ray asked me still laughing slightly.
"It didn't work the first time. I had to have them again." I said looking away and feeling self conscious now.
"We weren't making fun of you. I think it's cute." Mikey said from the floor. He hadn't gotten up from when he was laughing.
"I agree. It makes you look younger. Kind of adorable, you know what I mean. Innocent. But what we've seen your definitely not innocent." Frank said with a smile. I blushed form the comment and looked at my gray high tops. I was twisting my feet around trying to look every where but at them. I didn't want them to see me blushing.
"I wonder if my cell phone still works. Maybe I can call for help. And some chain cutters, or what ever their called." I said taking out my cheap phone. I dialed the first number I could think of.
"Yeah sweetie. How are you?" My mom answered and asked.
"Not now mom. Can you and dad get me? I'm at the carnival. I need some help. Tell daddy to bring something that can cut through a chain link fence." I said with a sneaky smile. I hope this will work.
