It's a shame that something like this was never done in canon. Even though I can't see Charity Burbage doing this, I could see someone like Hermione or another muggle-raised, 1/2 blood (within reason) that had enough contact with the muggle world. Reasonably, this scene would have played out in a more Independent! Harry's mindscape, while Harry gave Tommy-boy visual examples of the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagisaki, for a taste as the ultimate weapons... As of 1945 that is.
