  This looks very promising. I hope you will see to continuing this story (soon).
  
  Harry comes across a bit forceful, but I guess you provided a good backing for that, so I can't really complain.
  Dumbledore & co. are a bit OOC. It would be more believable if it was Snape who stunned Harry in the first confrontation. Not that I think a Weasley would not do it on D. orders, but they would ask some questions. They would certainly tell that Harry DIDN'T attack first. Give a bit of explanation for that and it will be perfect.

  I liked your story alot, and the prolouge was an interesting opener. I hope you continue, hopefully without some of the terrible cliches that have over-ridden fanfiction. and if you want more feedback on your story i would recommend posting on fanfiction.net
