On his own, Mikey Way is nothing. But as a team, they can beat everything. FRIKEY one-shot. Read, review, rate and feel my love! :P
(#) GallonsOfBlood 2012-02-04 02:39:38 AMThis was so amazing and I love this sort of fic where it's a hurt/comfort type fic from high school, but all the guys are together.
Author's responseThank you very much!
I really adore hurt/comfort stories, which is why I spend most of my time trying (and most likely failing) to write them. Especially high school style ones.
Thanks for taking the time to review! :)

You sir are a poet. this was so beautiful and there were many more lines I wanted to pick out and Ray is the best buddy ever and Frank was amazing and his speach was so lovely though Gerard was a meany and Mikey was adorkable.
Author's responseThank you very much; I'm soooooo pleased that you think this was alright!
I really wanted to write something where Ray got a key part to it because I think that the most I've ever given him is one line of speech and I really needed someone to be the awesome best buddy. It wasn't that Gerard was being mean, more like extremely worried and disappointed with himself for not noticing. That's how I viewed it as anyway.
Loving the word 'adorkable', I need to work that into everyday conversation.
Thank you sooooo much for taking the time to review! :)
(#) asialovesrevenge 2012-02-04 04:04:01 PMYou're such an amazing writer! Your stories are always really fantastic, I love them. This one was soooo sweet and moving, and really awesome :D
Author's responseAw, thank you so very, very much! It's really very kind of you to say such nice things about what I write.
Thanks for taking the time to review! :)
(#) KobraBlaze 2012-02-04 04:35:44 PMI really enjoyed this story. It was really cool having Ray as like the 'Always There For You' kind of guy which I see him as. He was really sweet to Mikey. Mikey was so sad with no one really understanding him. Gerard was so frustrated he didnt know what to do. I think it was a great one shot! Brilliant job! Keep up the extra one shots. I always enjoy them! :)
Author's responseThank you; I'm very pleased that you enjoyed this!
I really wanted Ray to come across as the kind of best bud that will never not be there, so I'm glad that came across alright.
Thank you very, very much for taking the time to leave such a nice review! :)
(#) IncreaseTheMeds 2012-02-04 06:47:39 PMThis was absolutely great. It wasn't what I expected it to be when I clicked on it, but it was so much better.
Your descriptions are good and your similes and metaphors are absolutely great.
The story itself was very inspiring and original for a fanfiction. It also gives you a lot of things to think about which something you don't usually get from fanfiction.
I love it. Thanks you for writing this. :)
Author's responseThank you soooo much!
I kinda suck at summaries, so sorry that it wasn't what you expected but I'm glad that you think it was alright anyway! I'm really pleased that you think the similes/metaphors were okay, I worry that they just get annoying. I'm really glad that this gives you something to think about, that's kinda what I wanted with this fic so I'm really happy that it worked!
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a nice review; you've made me smile! :D
(#) DisenchantedEnding 2012-02-05 03:34:55 AMOh this is so cool! It's really amazing, so beautiful and heart-felt. I think the reactions were very, very real, having myself gone through something similar, except I didn't have a Frankie haha. I had my mum, who acted like Gerard, and my therapist who acted like Ray. O.O
But this is so amazing. It's very original and inspiring and some of the similes you used were amazing: "Just let my life trickle down the drain like raindrops dripping off a rose petal," and "anguished stripes of shame, kind of like an artist’s intricate brush strokes on a dull canvas."
Yeah, you did amazing. Outstanding, even. Very well done. :)
Author's responseThank you very much; I'm really glad that you think this went alright.
I'm sorry that you went through something similar to this, I know how it feels which is kinda why I wrote this. My family and friends acted like Gerard, my uncle was kinda like Ray and then what Frank says in this is what I would want to say to anyone who went/is going through this type of thing, including my past self. If that makes any sort of sense.
Thank you so very much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review, it really does mean a lot coming from you! :)
