Hi. This is a song I wrote out of sheer boredom in robotics class. Everyone was presenting about people in science history. EVERYONE DID A REPORT ON STEVE JOBS. IT WAS SO BORING. So I wrote the chorus as a poem and it turned into a song for my friend. It's about someone who falls to their death. I probably will be making some changes, this is just my first version. So..please enjoy!

The sky twists around me as I fall to the ground
A blue serenity of peace
As gravity pulls me towards my fate
I fear I my life today may cease
The sky is falling down
My mind spins around
My sanity begins to fade away.

My wall crumbles to the ground
My shield on the world slowly fades to gray.
The sky is falling down, my sky is falling down
There's no tomorrow left for me today
The impact crushes what's left of me
Blood turns the brown soil black
My mangled body begs for the end
While my mind pleads for me to go back
The sky is falling down
My mind spins around
My sanity begins to fade away.

My shield on the world slowly fades to gray.

I lay quietly as I fade away.
Blood adheres my vision
I am blinded by the dark
I slowly give up hope as death seems beautifully stark
Ending my pain, I give in the the black
