"So I'm guessing you don't like your grandma?" Gerard asks, the corner of his mouth tilting up.
"No! She's a fucking religious homophobe!!!" I groan, raking my hand through my mohawk. "And I wanna spend as much time as I can with you, and now I can't!" I complain, pulling my pissed face. Gerard pulls me into a hug,
"Don't worry, I mean your mum will be off work for the two week holiday, so it won't just be you." I moan into his chest,
"But she'll hate you, she will probably tell by one look that you're ... different." Gerard chuckles as I break away, putting the phone down.
"You really think she'll hate me? I'm like the nicest person ever!" Gerard says, grinning.
"Yeah, but you're also a gay vamp who's dating her 'little Frankie!' Your like her worst nightmare, you'll be lucky if she doesn't kill as soon as she see's you." Gerard laughs, kissing me on the lips,
"Well we'll find out tonight." Gerard says, leading me back into my room.
"Yeah. Good luck." I mumble as we sit back on my bed.
Oh god. Grandma's car just pulled up outside the house. I think I've just had a heart attack. Mum just came home like, 10 minutes ago and is frantically trying to organise tea. I would help but I'm to busy trying to breath properly. Gerard was standing next to me, arm around my waist.
I know what your thinking, 'overreaction much?!' but no, I am not overreacting! You do not know my grandma, you do not know how fucking terrifying she is!
The loud dong of the door bell interrupted my thoughts.
"You should probably get that. I'll go help your mom." He whispered into my ear, before walking into the kitchen. Gerard hung around so much at the weekends, that mom had gotten to know Gerard well. But she only thought we were friends, and that we hung out so much because he just lived next door.
My hand curled around the door knob (A/N oh my dirty mind...) as I tugged it open, revealing an elderly yet scary women. She was just taller than me and had short greying hair, that I suspected to blow away in a strong wind.
I noticed her eyes widened slightly when seeing me. Let's just say last time I saw her, i had normal (and boring) brown hair, nit a dyed black and red mohawk, and wore plain loose jeans, not tight black skinny jeans.
"Er, hey grandma." I finally say, moving aside to let her in.
"Hello... Frank." She glanced at me again, "You've changed a lot since I've seen you." I nod and walk into the kitchen. I walked over to Gerard by the back wall,
"She seems nice." He murmurs, leaning closer to me.
"Just you wait." I say back, watching mom and grandma small talk. When the over beeped done, me and Gerard helped set the table. For tea I would normally just grab my plate and go up to my room, but tonight grandma was here.
"This is your friend than Frank?" Grandma asked as we began to eat, after we prayed. (yes, she was that religious.)
"Uh yeah, this is Gerard." I answer. Gerard smiles politely, god his smile was gorgeous. Grandma just stares at Gerard, eyes narrowed slightly. Gerard smiles again at her before stabbing at the food on his plate, swallowing a fork-full of lasagne.
Mom finally managed to get a conversation started with the bitchy old women after a while. As they were talking, I lean into Gerard, whispering in his ear, "Told you she was a fucking bitch!" Making him smirk.
"What do you think about it, Frank?" I hear the elderly bitch ask, I turn to face her and my mom, who were sitting at the opposite side if the table.
Old bitch sighed, "Gay marriage. The state where I live have just legalised it. I actually thinking about moving now." She said, the bitchiness just flowing out.
"What? Why would you want to move?"
"Because it's disgusting! If God wanted us to have intercourse with the same gender, then He would not of created two genders!" She says, scowling.
"No. I think people should love who they want to love. People deserve to be with whoever they want! It doesn't matter about gender." I argue back. I was going to win this.
"Ugh! It's unnatural. A sin." She spat back, now glaring at me.
"That's not an excuse, that's your opinion. The fact is that people love who they want. And nothing can stop love." (A/N oh so cheesy... )
Old bitchy made a disgusting sound, eyes on me.
So yeah, R&R and get ... I'm running out of things to give you after 19 chapters... How about a Frankie dressed in whatever you want. *wink wink*
