"This has happened before and we fear it is beginning again."
"Cold, Ash?" Frank chuckled quietly.
"Shu'up, ye big lug," Ash retorted. Her Scottish accent meant that everything she said sounded funny to her.
"What?! I was just pointing out that you're shivering mo than I've ever seen a normal person shiver," Frank grinned. He wasn't grinning when Ash's fist connected with his face.
"I said, SHU'UP, FRANKLIN ANTHONEH THOMAS IERO!" Ash sounded angry. Frank stated quiet for the rest of the walk to his house.
"Sure you'll be fine walking to your house? It's extremely dark. It's cold. I know a couple kidnappers round here," Frank pulled his best friend into a tight embrace.
"I'm tough, and if someone does kidnap meh, I'll fackin' bite the motherfuckers," Ash grinned up at Frank. He was tiny, but she was tinier.
"That's my sexy Scottish friend." No, Frank did not like Ash. He was gay, don't despair.
"See ya round, Frankenstein!" Ash giggled and yanked herself out of Frank's arms. She waved and began to walk down the street.
Ash was nearing the street on which she lived.
"It's a little late to be out by yourself," a smooth voice broke the silent, midnight air.
"Who's there?" The brown-haired girl called into the darkness nervously.
"I guess you could say I'm Death," Ben chuckled evilly as he grabbed Ash and shoved her into his awaiting car.
"Where'm I?" Ash asked groggily. She attempted to move her arms but realized she was tied down. She was tied to a chair and there was a figure with a gun in front of her.
"Spin around, Ben!" A velvety voice floated from in front of the frightened teenager.
"WHO ARE YOU?" She screamed and flailed but it did no use.
"I'm Gerard. This is my friend, Ben. He'll be your killer tonight," a white-blonde haired boy giggled almost insanely. He got up, moonlight glinting off his pale skin. He grabbed the shoulders of the black-clad figure known as Ben Greene. Gerard spun him round many, many times, then stopped. In an ultra-serious voice, he whispered,
Bullets flew through the air, lodging themselves in Ash's skin. Finally, one struck the side of her head. She died quickly, but it wasn't painless. On examining the body, Gerard found that bullets had left holes in her arms, legs, stomach, almost everywhere. Grinning psychotically, he pulled on gloves and pushed the dead girl's body into a bag. He then skipped away to dump it in the middle of the street in which she lived.
"Belleville teenager, Ash Elizabeth Hazel, went missing at approximately 2:43 AM this morning. Later, police found a black bag which contained the seventeen-year-old's bullet-riddled corpse. No evidence was left on who committed the murder. Lock your doors and windows. Do not let your children out after dark. This has happened before, many times, and we fear it is beginning again."
Frank dropped his coffee when he heard the news.
Sorry about the shortness of this chapter, I just needed to write up the first murder for the story to make sense. I've decided I won't post a list of people who got throught the auditions, you guys'll just have to look for your characters. XD I'm almost as evil as Gerard.
