“Oh Ryan, I’m going to have so much fun. It’s going to be so entertaining to watch you break apart slowly, the madness that I bring infecting your brain to a point of no return."
(#) PartyPoison 2012-07-08 09:13:12 AMI can not even begin to explain how much I enjoy this story! Seriously, please never stop writing. I am very glad you are continuing with this and I am looking forward to seeing where this story goes.
Thank you very much for your review on my little OS, it made me happy.
Author's responseThank you so much; you have no idea that how much that means to me.
You are very welcome. I'm glad I could make you happy.
(#) XxPerfectTomorrowxX 2012-07-09 02:47:14 PMYou're right; a long wait is much better than nothing. I'm so glad you decided to update and continue on with this!
It's so full of detail. Man, I felt like I was actually watching a television show with how much detail there was. Do you know how awesome you have to be, to make a story so realistic to one's mind?
I'm so glad that you made it where Ryan's dad isn't abusive. (I know I'm guilty of abuse ridden stories and just can't help myself but I hate when Ryan's dad is written as abusive.)
Poor Ryan though, he had to face the accusations towards his father from Spencer AND Brendon.
And oh my, poor Brendon! Poor Ryan! Poor both of them! I'm so freaking curious as to WHY they are both being haunted by each other.
It's so dark, and so deliciously written that I just want more, as usual with your writing.
The ending was very emotional and it's sad how betrayed Brendon seems to feel, since Ryan didn't tell him that he wasn't crazy. All I can envision is how much it would suck to feel crazy, actually think you are crazy and be unable to do anything.
I'm so sucked in to this, and so pleased with this update.
I know it may take awhile, but I'm still excited for the next update. :D
Author's responseHah, so are many others! :)
Aww, thanks. I know I feel like that writing it, because I imagine scenes playing out in my head before I write them. But that is very high praise, so thank you thank you thank you thank you very much!
I know. It gets annoying reading fics where he is. Plus, I'm not good at writing abuse and stuff like that. Ahh, I know. But that's just the automatic assumption, I guess. Drunk parent, injuries... You get the picture.
Hahah. Hmmm.... we shall see, won't we? And yes, incase you're wondering, Jon will be in this. We just haven't met him yet. XD I hope you enjoy his part.
It would indeed suck. Actually, it would more than suck, and that's why Brendon got so worked up about it, because Ryan didn't tell him about his own Phantom.
I'm so glad that you (and others) like it! Hopefully you're still saying that when it gets to a suckier part (in my opinion) of the plot.
Hah, I'm working on it, I promise! :)
(#) KeepCalmAndPanic 2012-07-09 04:13:30 PMBrendon can't just leave like that!!
He's supposed to help Ryan!!
UPDATE NAO PLEEZE AND TANK YOU!!
Author's responseHe just did! XD
Well, they should both be helping each other... Ryan's just being a stubborn ass at the moment. Don't worry, Brendon will bring him around.
Sorry! I haven't got it written yet! Have patience my friend.
(#) XxPerfectTomorrowxX 2012-07-10 05:13:05 AMI'm sure I'm going to continue to love this, no matter how 'sucky' YOU think it gets, which probably won't be sucky at all.
Okay! The natural one is http://ficwad.com/story/196278 which is where Jon answers a stranger's call and ends up getting sucked in to helping her.
The supernatural one http://ficwad.com/story/196307 is where Jon is a ghost, inhabiting the house that the main character just moved in to.
I posted them both, to see if you'd like either. :) Hopefully you like one of 'em.
Author's responseHa, hopefully you still think that AFTER you read the sucky part! :)
I WILL READ THEM RIGHT AWAY!
(#) XxPerfectTomorrowxX 2012-07-10 08:06:13 AMHoly crap. SEXY AND TATTOOED, but that's just aesthetically speaking.
I listened to 'I Hate Hartley' so I still have to listen to the others but it's really, really good. To scream like that takes so much talent. That's incredible, and the instruments are great.
I loved it, especially the other vocalist, haha.
'and death won't be my lover. I've got so much left to give.' I loved LOVED those lines.
Author's responseHahaha. Im guessing you like tattoed musicians? (Or just tattoed men in general XD)
Ah, that was the first song that got me into them. :) YES! Those were the lines that made me love it so much; I had them stuck in my head. Hehe, you mean Ahren Stringer? XD He's the bass player and clean vocalist. People say he looks like Sheldon, but I'm like, wtf?!
That whole Youngbloods album is about how Joel Birch (he does the screamo) got put in hospital for attempting suicide, and how that suicide is not the answer and there's better ways to deal with problems and stuff. That's why there is a lot of mention about the 'Reaper.'
And the best part about them? THEY'RE AUSSIE!!! :D
(#) XxPerfectTomorrowxX 2012-07-11 04:57:23 AMYeah, I read that Sheldon thing in the comments and was pretty much staring hard at each person, trying to figure out what they meant. I didn't see it.
I'm very, very much in to tattooed men. It's ridiculous how hot I think they are.
Ah, I see. That's pretty deep. I like it.
I like AUSSIE people!!!!
Author's responseI'm glad you agree; I didn't see it either!
Hah, well, whatever takes your fancy! :)
Whoooo! Yay for Aussie people! XD You're pretty cool too, by the way.
Seriously, this is an amazing piece of work you have here and you should be mega proud of your work. I am intensely looking forward to the next part of this and can not thank your mind enough for creating this. It's just.... no words.
On another note, hope you found something you liked on the Fic Rec I posted :)
Author's responseTHANK YOU SO MUCH! Hearing you say that fuels my ego so much, you have no idea! :) A number of people are enjoying this immensely, and I must say, I am quite surprised. I liked the idea myself, and think that this is one of my best stories, but I had no idea I would get a reaction like this! :3 So, thank you again.
Ha, actually, most of the LiveJournal recs for Panic! I'd already read. I've been doing a bit of lurking on there in the last six or seven months, so some of them weren't surprising. But there one or two authors from LJ whose work I haven't read, which is what I'm going through and doing now. So, yeah, it was helpful.
