Has Frank ever been institutionalized?
3 ReviewsCan someone answer this for me? Just a quick question.
So, a friend told me that Frank was in an insane asylum (I'm not sure how politically correct that is, and I DO NOT mean to offend anyone) and I think he's full of it. Can anyone tell me if this is true?? Because I think it's a bucket of unicorn crap. I have never heard of this before, so I'm either out of the loop by a million years or he's mistaken.
