Hayley's Pov.
After dropping Harvey,Nick and Andy home me and Alex headed over to my house so i could whoop his ass again at Guitar Hero or any game of his choice. I parked my car in the garage and we headed in. We decided to play Grand Theft Auto instead because to be honest who doesn't like running around killing virtual people. We took turns and we realised that i am definately the better killer. At least i don't get beaten by pedestrians and then die in a car explosion thingy. We realised that Alex sucks at this game.
We got bored of video games so us being us decided to build a fort. If i'm gonna be honest it looked awesome and it was really comfy. After the fort thing we got out of it and i jumped onto his back. We ran around the living room screaming and laughing. Then the doorbell rang so we went to get it. I was still on his back. We answered the door and it turns out it was Ryan. This is awkward me on Alex's back and Ryan just standing there.
Alex let me down,well more like threw me off his back and i landed on my ass. Ouch! He give Ryan a knowing smile which i had no idea about and headed home. The guy didn't even say bye to me.
I told Ryan that i thought Megan was up in her room and that i'd take his guitar case and take it to my room across the hall. I told hime to meet me when he was ready to start practising.
I sat down with my guitar and started strumming "I'm Not Okay" by My Chemical Romance. I started singing the lyrics whenever they came in. As i was getting to the chorus Ryan came bursting through the door. He looked like he had been sort of crying, but not like sobbing crying just kind of light crying. He nearly ran me over because i'm so small but i managed to enclose him in a hug. My head only reached his chest.
"Ryan..What's wrong?"
"Megan cheated on me with Derek."
"Oh..I'm sorry if that's the right thing to say."
"Nahh it's fine,i havn't like her for a long time and now i have a reason to break up with her so it's ok i guess."
"Even if you havn't liked her for a long time it's probably a horrible feeling to be cheated on."
He nodded and i gave hime another hug. This time he returned the hug. We stood and stared into eachothers eyes for a while and then slowly he brought his head closer and i stood up on my tip-toes and we kissed. It was short and sweet and gentle and everything i had hoped for if i ever got the chance to kiss him. Hey don't judge i'm a girl i fantasise about thigs aswell. We pulled away and we both started blushing.
"Uh..we should start on our music thing."
"Um..Yeah..sure." he agreed.
We started going over a few songs and began discussing the songs we were going to perform.
"So Ryan what do you think we should perform for a duet."
"Uh well both of our favourite bands our My Chemical Romance so maybe something by them turned into a duet."
"Yeah great idea what about an accoustic version of sing or something like that."
"Yeah i was thinking either Sing,Summertime or The Kids From Yesterday."
"Yupp definately either one of those three songs..i think we should do accoustic versions because we only have our instruments which will both be guitars so."
"Accoustic it is then."
"But my solo might be accoustic it might not..i'm stuck between two songs at the moment."
"Same i can't decide but i guess we have tomorrow to sort it out then."
"Yeah i guess you're right..so whatcha wanna do now."
"We could watch a movie if you have got any good ones."
"What one do you wanna watch."
"I don't mind you pick."
I was in the mood for a Tim Burton movie so i put on The Nightmare Before Christmas,my favourite movie.
By the time the movie was over i noticed i was curled up at Ryan's side and he had his arm around me. Our eyes locked for a second time and we kissed again,only this time it was more passionate and had years of feelings put into it from both ends. We pulled away from eachother again. He started to pack up his guitar but i spoke up and asked him the question that was on my mind.
"Where does this leave us...are we together now or what."
"I don't know..i'm sorry...i like you so much Hayley and i don't want to screw it up and end up hurting you..the only thing stopping me from kissing you before was Megan and it's not that i was into her it's that i didn't want to cheat on her but clearly the rules don't apply to her."
I looked deep into his brown eyes.
"Ryan you could never screw it up..i've liked you for a long,long time and all i want is for us to give it a chance...what do you say?"
"Hayley i'd love nothing more than that but-"
I cut him off by kissing him softly on the lips.
"Sit at our table tomorrow Ryan ok."
"Yeah ok..and Hayley.."
"Yeah"
"So we're together now."
"Yupp i think so."
He replied to this by bending over and kissing me on the forehead.
"Night Beautiful."
"Night Ry."
He picked up his guitar case and left and i fell into a happy sleep.
