Bandit Lee Way, Cherry Iero, and Lily Iero along with Miles Iero are all going to be legally declared dead tomarrow morning after their parents filed for thier kids to be declared dead went through. All four kids were stolen on April 6th 2012 mere hours after Miles Iero was born. It was said the Way's were visiting the Iero's and had turned their backs for a few seconds to talk to the Iero's and in those few seconds Bandit, Cherry and Lily were grabbed. The hospital was already on their way to the room to see if the new parents had Miles when they discovered he was missing from the nursery.

Bandit turned the tv off and got protests from from her four siblings. She was now 14. Cherry and Lily crossed their arms and pouted. They were now 13. Miles got up and took the remote from and turned the tv back on. He was now 11.

The last sibling was Flynn, Fin as she liked to be called. She was 15 and originally taken from her mothers friend. The kidnapper of the iero and way kids.

"Dude, mom and dad wont be home for like two more days. Plus I like that band. I THINK IT IS SAD THAT lady B and Those girls were taken. And lil Miles. That is sad." finn said frowning.

"Bandit it is summer and it is friday. Don't worrry about bed kid. Come on."

She sat down crossing her arms. Cherry and Lily jumped up and down in excitment. There was a new horror movie on today. Miles was in Fin's lap once it was started since the othere girls were hogging the long couch. He was already tired and falling asleep so it didn't bother Fin. Thanks to him being sick for the billionth time she was moreprotective with him. He was really small for his age, body of a 7 year old and she thought he was adorable.

"Cherry. Let me see the lap top. i wanna read more on the Way and Iero case." Fin asked sitting Miles next to her.

Cherry hopped up making Bandit and Lily jump. Nightmare on elm street was so not scary at all but they were all jumping at every scene like jack rabbits.

"Are we making the right decision?" Lindsey asked sitting in bed that night with Gerard.

"This is the last resort and it might work. They said it has worked for other cases." He said not believing this last resort would work either.

"Those cases weren't 11 years old though. Our daughter can be out there with a new family or in a ditch a few miles away." Lindsey whispered. Tears falling down.

"She is not dead. I promise you that. No one could hurt her like that, She is just to special. And Frank's kids will be right there with her when she comes home and we can be a family again."

"I hope so. It is Halloween tomarrow. Are we going to Frank's?" Lindsey cuddled into Gerard's chest and nuzzled his neck.

"Yeah. Jamia and Frank want to celebrate the one holiday we all like."

Amy went online and searched the case. She never thought of why her siblings were named after Gerard and Frank's kids but seeing the pictures on tv of the kids brought some memories back for her. They looked exactly like those pictures when they were younger and she didn't remember Bandit Cherry or Lily when they were babies. There was no pictures.

Her parents would use the excuse they couldn't afford a camera but there was a huge amount of pictures of her.

Gerard Way and his wife, Lindsey Way have lost two daughters in their life. Their first daughter, name unknown, died soon after she was born April 8th 2008. The couple were heart broken after the discovery but there was light again for them when November of the same year they found out they were expecting again and with that theywelcomed another daughter, Bandit Lee Way May 27, 2009.

Gerard Way, lead singer of My Chemical Romance, had said he never wanted a kid but when he met his wife Lindsey Ballato, Bassist for Mindless Selfindulgence, he knew he wanted to have a kid with her.

Frank Iero, rythem guitarist of My Chemical Romance, and Jamia Nestor had their daughters Cherry and Lily September 3rd 2010 and then welcomed son Miles April 6th 2012. But mere hours after Miles was born he, along with his sisters and Bandit Way, came up missing and have not been since. Both the Way's and Iero's have asked the courts to declare their children legally dead.
