I love that this story is so different. I have been for deep in the world of Awake and Unafraid that I love coming out at reading new perspectives and new stories. Very good chapter.Author's response
I appreciate your reviews so much, you have no idea. I don't get a lot of reviews and while the lack of feedback doesn't exactly bother me, it hardly encourages me to write and post more chapters, either.
I like to think of Em as a pretty self-centered, childish person though still good-willed and kinda lovesick. She isn't much of a thinker, and kind of forgets to take other people into consideration and therefore comes out as.... a bitch, basically, lol. It's really hard for me to kind of remember the way she is and stay in the character, in a way, cause I try to keep her as little MarySue as possible :D
I like to think that I myself am an okay person so it's difficult in writing this story to think like someone who's completely unable to emphatize..
I just kind of wanted to try and make an OC with quirks and faults, one that maybe wouldn't be the easiest person to relate to :) -
