Okay, Spencer/Ryan fighting needs to stop because my heart is BREAKING for their friendship. Poor Ryan. He has a secret that he can't really tell, because I doubt Spencer would just completely believe him.
And it seems like you hinted at a way to get rid of the Phantoms, or keep them at bay. Anger? They just have to get angry? Hmm. So is this how you're suggesting the douchebags of the world were created? ;)
Poor Brendon! Gosh, he's such a freakin' sweetheart but Ryan's kind of a dick to him. That was really sad when he told Ryan he was just like his Phantom, or acting just like him.
Oh, and to the above- I read it as turn me on too and seriously... Ryan/Brendon... 'Rydon- whatever' I'm a chick and I still want that to happen because yum... O.o
And I'm excited to read about the fortune teller. That should be really interesting!

I'm sorry, but things will be tense on the Spencer/Ryan front for a while (at least, I think they will be; I don't know. I have things planned out, and then I either end up writing more or less or changing things completely in my chapters! XP) because yeah, you pretty much hit the nail on the head. Spencer's just too logical (in my story) to believe something like that, and he still thinks that Ryan's dad has been using him for a punching (or strangling, with the neck marks) bag.
Uhhmm, try a way to make them /stronger/, although that will be explained in the next part. They feed off strong emotions, basically. Hate, anger, fear, that sort of stuff.
Ahh, asshol-y-Ryan. Yeah, he'll come up quite a bit in this story. :P But yeah, Brendon will just need to give him a reality check every now and then. (Although that might not always work later on...)

Thank you! It makes me glad to hear that; I love it when stories are unpredictable because reading the same boring cliched stuff over and over, you sort of know what's gonna happen after reading like, the first sentence. Parts of the plot I'm still working out, so that adds to the unpredictability of it all.
And I promise, I'm working on the next part. I got inspired by reading all the lovely reviews for it again! XD Ahh, anything to inflate my ego. :P
