  This has the potential to be a great story. I look forward to seeing how things progress. Adding dates, or some other idea of when these events are occurring would be helpful as well

  This is a really good story and would do well as the prologue for a full length fic.

  Have to agree with the other reviewers. I'd love to see this as the prologue to a long, AU retelling of the HP saga. I hope you'll attempt it. Well done!

  This was really good once I started reading I could not stop. Well said about Albus, Harry and even about poor Luna her time at the Malfoy's had to be terrible.
  
  I would like to read more on this was Harry saved, did he achieve his potential was the world saved. How did Albus react.
  
  Thanks for the mention of Gabrielle I do like her and have always thought she and Fleur got a bad deal in the books.

  Very great potential here. Well written. Now, you can either do this in one of two ways ... continue the story as is or give us the backstory. :)

  Thanks for the slash warning, even though it was only suggested, tch. Aaanyway, that was a very, very well written piece, despite my dislike of the slash angle I really enjoyed reading it.

  I was unsure at first whether to read the story or not, but when I started I was GRIPPED. A truly magnificent short story which, as other reviewers have said, is a tremendous springboard for a full length AU fic that would put JKR's books to shame. Gather your courage in both hands and write it, you will have plenty of review support.
  Rated 10/10 but keep the slash out of it.

  It reminds me a little bit of the Starship Hedwig by Ynyr, but much more specifically detailed.

  That was intense, and poignant. It stands alone well, but I agree with others that it could serve as an intro to a long and powerful AU story.
